I was initially drawn to healthcare billing for the stability, but it didn’t take long for that to grow into a real passion for problem-solving. I love fixing things, completing what’s been left unfinished, and bringing order to complex processes — which makes revenue cycle work a natural fit for me.
At Copper Sage RCM, I primarily focus on working denials to ensure claims are corrected properly and paid accurately. I rely heavily on strong organization, clear communication, and attention to detail to keep my work efficient and on track. I also support the team wherever needed — and proudly serve as the over-enthusiastic cheerleader along the way.
What excites me most professionally is being part of a growing company and contributing from the early stages. I enjoy learning alongside the team, staying up to date on policy changes and payer requirements, and continuing to strengthen my skills so claims are resolved as smoothly and timely as possible.
How I support clients and patients comes down to communication, organization, and pattern recognition. By tracking trends, staying current on requirements, and addressing issues quickly, I help ensure fewer delays and better outcomes for the clinics we serve.
Outside of work, my faith and family are my greatest priorities. I love spending time outdoors — camping where it’s cooler, hunting whenever possible — and cheering on our kids in all of their sports and activities.
