I found my way into healthcare work because I’ve always been drawn to helping people, even when that help happens behind the scenes. Healthcare billing offered the right balance of problem-solving and purpose, and I quickly realized how meaningful it is to support both providers and patients by helping make an often confusing system easier to understand.

In my role at Copper Sage RCM, I support the revenue cycle by handling insurance verifications and assisting with claims. My focus is on accuracy and clarity, helping ensure the process runs smoothly so providers and patients have one less thing to worry about.

I’m especially drawn to the learning side of this work. Each day brings something new, and I’m excited to continue growing my knowledge of the billing process and building confidence as I expand my role within the team. Knowing that my work contributes to smoother operations and better experiences for our clients is incredibly rewarding.

At the core of how I work are care, patience, and clear communication. I aim to make the financial side of healthcare feel less overwhelming by providing accurate information and approaching every situation with understanding and a genuine desire to help.

Outside of work, I value time with my family and maintaining balance. Taking time to recharge helps me stay focused, present, and engaged in the work I do.
